RETURN & REFUND POLICY



Making a purchase with leeancart indicates that you have understood, acknowledged & adhere to agree to the terms & conditions and policies of our website.


leeancart happily accept size exchanges postmarked within 2 days after the date of delivery. Please note, you have to raise a size exchange request on the website within 48 hours of delivery.



Size exchange can only be availed once only. Items purchased via gift card or coupon code will not be eligible for a further exchange.


Purchase made from Sale Category are not eligible for any kind of Return or Size Exchange. Please order the size carefully.


If you're claiming a damaged or wrong product, please send the package opening video over email to leeancart.in@gmail.com. A request for a damaged or wrong product without the opening video will not be taken into consideration.

Please ensure that the package opening video is from the beginning without any cuts.





Eligible criteria for exchange:


*Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in its original packaging are eligible for exchange.

-Damage refers to make up stains, fake tan, perfume, deodorant, washing powder, self-inflict while trying on the product and odors on the garment will lead to rejection of the return.


RETURN METHOD AND COST:


*You can easily raise a size exchange request by submitting the request under RETURN & EXCHANGE REQUEST. Enter your order & contact details on https://bit.ly/3vRyMAF


*your request will be reviewed by the team and you will be notified via email for the approval or rejection of your request.

*If your return is approved, team we will arrange a reverse pick up. Reverse pickup charge is bearable by the customer for exchanges at INR 200/-, per item you have raised the request for.


*Please handover only those items for which the return request has been approved in the original packaging along with the label. If any other items are handed over, the same will not be our responsibility as the courier partners will deliver us the item for which pickup is arranged.

*Please do not forget to collect the reverse pickup slip from the courier person as a proof.

*Once the items gets delivered back to us, the products will undergo a quality check and credit voucher with a validity of 1 months will be issued to the customer deducting the pickup charge (no refund to original mode of payment).

*If in any case, team finds out the product to be faulty after reaching the warehouse, team will reject the request and same item will be reshipped back to the client on their expense only.

*Shipping charges and discount codes are non - refundable in any case.


The amount paid for the product will be refunded only (in form of a coupon code).


* Post receiving the coupon code, you need to order your required size by using the coupon code shared with you. Shipping charge to be borne by the customer only.


*Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to our warehouse, any returned item that is not received by leeancart will be treated as not returned.

If in any case, you need to self-ship the package - Please ensure to pack it properly. Any damage to the outfit will lead to a rejection of your request.


Please Note: leeancart reserves all the right not to process any exchange request in the following situations:


1. Return Exceeds the mentioned time limit.


2. Returning Non-leeancart Items.


3. Return items belong to the NON-EXCHANGEABLE/ RETURNABLE category.


4. Returning without an application.


5. Not being able to provide the proper proofs wherever required.
